Dr. Benard Muok holds a PhD degree from Kyoto Prefectural University, Kyoto, Japan and both MSc and BSc degrees in Forestry. In addition, he holds Darwin’s International certificate in plant conservation (KEW). Dr. Muok is currently the Project Manager of Policy Innovation Systems for Clean Energy Security (PISCES) Project under Africa Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS).

Mr. Farhan Nakhooda is Projects Director of the Madhvani Group, based in Kampala since 1995. He has over 35 years experience in corporate planning, market and economic analysis, project preparation, project financing and project implementation supervision. He has worked on projects in diverse business sectors in India, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, etc. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
